RETURN & REFUND POLICY

📦 Return Method
We only accept returns by mail. In-person returns at a physical location are not available. All returns must be shipped back to the return address provided in your package or via our customer support team.
🕒 Change of Mind (Customer Remorse) – 24-Hour Full Refund
If you change your mind after placing an order, you are eligible for a full refund of the total amount paid at checkout, including shipping, within 24 hours of placing the order.

- Defective items: Return shipping is free. A prepaid label will be provided.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

🔄 Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective items. The replacement will be of the same product and size.

Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable, unless they are defective.
🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, a store credit will be issued upon return. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
