Copyright Dispute Policy

Effective Date: July, 2025

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we’ve adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringement on our website and services. This Copyright Dispute Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Your use of Kntc3llc Store services is subject to these policies at all times.

1. Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material accessible on our site infringes your copyright (or that of someone you are authorized to act on behalf of), please send a written notice to our Designated Agent containing all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including its location on our site, with enough detail for us to locate and verify it;
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • Contact information, including your full name, address, phone number, and email address;
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may take the following actions:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
  • Notify the user or content provider accused of infringement;
  • Terminate the account or access of repeat infringers at our discretion.

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that material was removed in error, or you have the right to post such content, you may send a counter-notice to our Designated Agent including the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the removed content and the URL where it previously appeared;
  • A statement under good faith belief that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in your district (or where we are located, if outside the U.S.), and that you accept service of process from the party who submitted the original copyright complaint.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed content in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files legal action.
