🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Why Print-on-Demand (POD) Orders Are Non-Returnable Unless Defective:
Every item we sell is custom-made after you place your order. Because these are personalized,made-to-order products, they cannot be resold once returned. For this reason, we can only accept returns or exchanges when an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled. This policy ensures transparency while maintaining quality for all customers.

At Kntc3llc Store, we value customer satisfaction. For eligible cases, we provide a prepaid return label free of charge.

📦 Return Method

We only accept returns by mail. In-person returns at a physical location are not available.

How to Request a Prepaid Return Label

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item/defect.
  2. We’ll review your request and reply within 1–2 business days. If your item is eligible under our policy, we’ll email you a prepaid return label (PDF) to download and print.
  3. Pack the item securely, include all accessories/tags, and attach the label. Do not ship to our mailing address—use only the return address shown on the label.
  4. Once the carrier scans your package, you can track the return using the tracking number on the label.
  5. After we receive and inspect the return (2–5 business days), approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (3–7 business days depending on your bank).

🕒 Return Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.

✅ Product Condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Items must not be worn, washed, or used.

🔁 Exchanges

We accept exchanges only if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Requests must be made within the 30-day return window.

⏳ Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products, except when defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.
  • Final sale or clearance items (unless defective).
