14. Fulfillment Partners & Ship-From Locations

Some products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our approved third-party print partners at U.S.-based facilities. Multi-item orders may ship separately if fulfilled from different facilities.

Return Address & In-Person Returns

Approved returns must use the prepaid return label we provide. The return address on that label may be a partner facility and can differ from our mailing address. We do not accept walk-in/in-person returns. Returns sent without prior approval or without our label may be rejected.
